Looking to create my own website!

Using my (limited) knowledge of HTML/CSS programming I am looking to create a website that will store all of the more than 2000 photos I have taken on my road trips, with better descriptions than what I currently have on my Flickr page. When I can get this done, I'll let you know where it is!
